VICKIE NELSON

Meditation, Restorative, Gentle Flow + Reiki

Vickie is a certified iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation teacher, RYT 200-hour yoga instructor, and Reiki Master who offers heart-centered guidance to help individuals reconnect with their authentic self. Trained by renowned teachers, Vickie creates safe, non-judgmental spaces for rest, healing, and personal transformation.

Her offerings are grounded in the values of self-love, presence, and limitless potential. Through meditation, gentle movement, and energy work, Vickie supports others in remembering their wholeness and inner wisdom.

MICHAEL NELSON

Slow Vinyasa, Somatic Awareness + Men’s Yoga

Michael is an iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation teacher, RYT 200-hour yoga instructor, and Vipassana meditator who offers mindful body-awareness practices to help students stay rooted in the present moment and cultivate balance, openness, and ease.

Grounded in self-acceptance and inner healing, Michael creates a welcoming space where students can explore embodied awareness, release tension, and reconnect with their natural sense of peace and joy. His classes nurture community, health, and inner harmony—encouraging everyone to find stillness, gratitude, and the simple reminder to “Be Happy!”
